Agency Builder: Your Private Duty coach helps you develop a business plan, register your agency, acquire the needed skills, prepare marketing materials, plan your hiring/ training, launch the agency, and track your progress after launch. The exact range of services depends on your needs.
RN Owner: If you are an RN, you might consider starting a Medicare Certified agency, to continue using your clinical skill. The range of Medicare coaching services can include all the above, plus Compliance.
