ClockWork is a phone-based service that allows aides to report in from the field, listen to messages you've left, and leave messages for you. It automatically completes scheduled visits with clock in and out times, so there is no need to collect timesheets from your employees.
All you need is Visit Wizard Scheduling and an internet connection. You can receive ClockWork alerts by email or via a text-capable phone.
How it Works
Shift Start
When your employees arrive at their shifts, they use the client's phone to call ClockWork toll-free. ClockWork records the Caller ID and the call time. Your employees can use the telephone's keypad to clock in, and to receive and record voice messages.
Shift End
When the shift is over, your employees clock out using the client's phone. They can also enter customized codes to report on tasks completed, and listen to any messages recorded for them during their shift. Add the Private Duty Care Plans module and Visit Wizard will track planned and completed tasks, reporting variances for your review.
Back at the Office
ClockWork logs all the information into Visit Wizards, and updates your Master Schedule with actual start and stop times for the shift. The hours can then flow to your Billing and Payroll processing.
