We are looking for an energetic “people person” to join our growing company, in our client services group. The position entails providing training and support via telephone and the internet to the users of Visit Wizard software. Experience in software support and/or home care will be helpful, but is not required.

Skills needed: verbal and written communication, attention to detail and accuracy, multi-tasking, ability and eagerness to learn new software, and a professional demeanor.

Prior experience in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential. Healthcare, especially home health care experience, not required but a big plus.
