SALES REPRESENTATIVES

August Systems has sales openings throughout the U.S. We are looking for home health professionals including administrators, nurses, and therapists who are familiar with the Private Duty Home Care, Medicare-Certified Home Health, or the Hospice industry.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

August Systems has an opening at its home office in Spokane, WA for an experienced Windows application developer. Knowledge of object-oriented design and networking is essential. Knowledge of some of the following technologies also will be beneficial: Delphi, Advantage DB Server, and SQL. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Other requirements: B. S. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years of software development.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

August Systems has an opening at its home office in Spokane, WA for an experienced PC applications support professional. We are looking for an energetic “people person” to join our growing company, in our client services group. The position entails providing training and support via telephone and the internet to the users of Visit Wizard software. Experience in software support and/or home care will be helpful, but is not required.

Skills needed: verbal and written communication, attention to detail and accuracy, multi-tasking, ability and eagerness to learn new software, and a professional demeanor.

Prior experience in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential. Healthcare, especially home health care experience, not required but a big plus.
